Full refunds will be issued up to one month prior to the start of the event. After that, a 25% refund will be issued unless there is a waiting list and someone fills your spot, in which case a full refund will be issued. Any payment processing fees cannot be refunded.

 

If you have added any shirts or workshops to your registration, those costs will not be refunded if the items have already been ordered or materials purchased.
